The Best Foods For Bloating

We all experience bloating every now and then, it’s such an uncomfortable feeling. The less we have to deal with it the better. The cause of bloating isn’t just as simple as eliminating foods or losing weight. Part of the reason we bloat is poorly digested food and the body getting overloaded with toxins. It’s a constant battle because of the every day toxins we come in contact with. There are many foods that can help promote regularity, fluid retention and gut health, all while removing the symptom of bloating.

Celery Juice

Repairs the damage that a unhealthy diet has caused in the gut. A sluggish liver produces lower quality bile. This is a sign that the liver is overburdened. Therefore, it becomes harder for the body to break down food. Foods like fats, and those high in protein make the liver work harder. The hydrochloric acid has to over produce causing low HCL. Having the right HCL levels is so important for the body to function properly. When the levels are low bloating and digestive issues are just one of the symptoms that you will have. Celery juice heals and restores the HCL in the body, helping to digest things faster and more efficiently. It raises stomach acid that breaks down those foods like protein that are hard to digest.
