Powerful Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie From The Medical Medium

We are in constant contact with toxins in our everyday lives. They are in our cookware to the foods we consume. When these toxins are left in our body it leads to inflammation and damage to our system. Therefore, we need to incorporate a regular cleanse in order to rid our body of these toxins. This smoothie comes from the book Cleanse To Heal by Anthony William, a highly recommend book for natural ways to heal your body. The smoothie has the combination of five key ingredients that will safely detoxify toxic heavy metals from the brain and body. 

Spirulina

An algae that gets heavy metals from the brain, nervous system and liver. In turn it will take on the heavy metals that barley grass juice will extract.

Barley grass juice extract

Works hand and hand with spirulina by extracting the heavy metals that are then absorbed by spirulina. This grass juice is able to get heavy metals out of the spleen, intestinal tract, pancreas, thyroid and reproductive system.

Cilantro

Is able to get to places that others can’t, it goes in deep to areas of the body that may harbor older heavy metals that have been sitting in the body.

Wild Blueberries

Gets the heavy metals from the brain, repairing the damage done by the oxidation process during the removal of the heavy metals. Wild blueberries have important detoxifying capabilities and is a potent antioxidant. They are so powerful there have been cases where they have reversed Alzheimer’s and dementia. You can find frozen wild blueberries in most grocery stores or blueberry powder works as well.

Atlantic Dulse

This is a seaweed that is able to bind to lead, aluminum,copper,cadmium and nickel. It is also able to remove mercury on it’s own. Going deep into the digestive tract binding to mercury, removing it from the body.

Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie Recipe:

2 bananas 

2 cups frozen or wild blueberries or 2 tablespoons of powdered wild blueberries 

1 cup of fresh cilantro 

1 teaspoon barley grass juice powder

1 teaspoon spirulina 

1tablespoon Atlantic dulse 

1 orange

1/2 to 1 cup water(optional) 

Directions:

Using a high speed blender combine all the ingredients. For a thinner consistency add up to 1 cup of water.
