There have been studies that show rosemary oil is comparable to the effectiveness of rogaine in preventing hair loss. It strengthens scalp circulation and has anti-inflammatory properties. Rosemary oil is also used to prevent premature graying and dandruff. It also blocks the hormone DHT, which causes male pattern baldness and thinning hair in women. Rosemary oil can be mixed with aloe vera gel or olive oil to be massaged onto the scalp to thicken the hair. Leave it on your hair overnight or 15 minutes before shampooing.

There are two types of collagen, endogenous and exogenous. Endogenous is natural collagen that’s produced naturally in the body. Exogenous is synthetic, that comes from sources such as supplements.

Sea kelp is a rich source of magnesium and contributes to the production of the protein keratin. It contains many essential nutrients for healthy hair growth. It has iodine, iron, sodium, phosphorus and calcium. It also contains laminaria angustata, that helps thicken the hair.
