Gluten-Free Pumpkin Bread

The fall season means it’s time for some cozy fall desserts. This homemade gluten-free pumpkin bread is moist and full of flavor, while also easy to make. Healthier doesn’t have to mean sacrificing taste, this recipe gives you all the pumpkin spice flavors you want in pumpkin bread.

Prep Time: 20 minutes

Cook Time: 50 minutes

Ingredients

1 and 3/4 cups gluten-free flour

1 cup raw sugar

1/2 cup dark brown sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

2 eggs

1 cup fresh pumpkin or 1 15 ounce can pure pumpkin puree

1/2 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees

Measure the flour, sugars, baking soda, salt and spices in a medium bowl and mix together

Mix together the eggs, pumpkin,olive oil, and vanilla extract

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix together.

Pour the batter into a 9×9 glass baking pan. Cook for 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
